The Egg Presents: OPEN House

The Egg’s OPEN House is back! A free, full building party with arcade games, movies, a DJ and more. This is a great opportunity to check out all the new upgrades at The Egg from last year’s major renovations. 

We’ve got an amazing lineup of local legends joining us.

✨ Typhoid Mary, named the 2025 Best Drag Performer by The Times Union, graces us as MC for Rock Band in the Hart Theatre with full theatrics
✨ DJ Mercy of Paper Moon bookstore in Troy, NY will DJ in the afternoon alongside a Paper Moon zine/comic book pop-up, think B-side jazz funk on an intergalactic level
✨Scotia, a near lifelong resident of Albany (once a WCDB UAlbany radio DJ and resident of Fuze Box in its heyday) will DJ an evening of house & techno bliss

2PM: The Muppets Movie (2011)
4PM: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1978)
6PM: Grease (1978)

Oh, and Stewart’s will be there scooping a very special flavor of ice cream…

Please note: while this is an all-ages event, we’re encouraging families to come from 2PM-6PM, followed by an adults-only (18+) hang from 6PM-8PM.
