Good Karma Studio will be bringing a kid-friendly aerial yoga experience to Family Circle! Stop by our aerial rig in the lobby and let your little ones try fun, supervised poses in the air. With simple, playful shapes and gentle swings, it’s a safe and exciting way to explore movement, build confidence, and experience the magic of aerial arts — no experience needed!

Come join the circus! Good Karma Studio is a vibrant aerial and circus arts community where movement, creativity, and connection come to life. We offer fun, confidence-building classes for kids, teens, and adults – from aerial yoga to circus arts, classes are designed to help students grow strong, brave, and expressive while having an absolute blast. Our welcoming space encourages every child to explore, play, and shine – both on the ground and in the air!

About Family Circle:

The Egg’s Family Circle is a monthly series designed especially for families to connect, create, and experience the arts together.

Held on the first Saturday of every month at 2PM in The Egg’s lobby, this free program offers a welcoming, informal environment where kids and caregivers alike can feel at home.

This isn’t a concert where kids have to sit quietly; each program is purposefully interactive, celebrating arts from around the globe with creatives who are based right here in the Capital Region.
